- 2lbs frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
- 16ounces sour cream
- 1(10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1⁄2cup onion, chopped
- 3⁄4teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Turn ingredients into crock pot.
- Cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours.
